Purpose:

The information put forth in this document constitutes the 2015 Annual Report for the Adelaide Group, LLC.  All opportunities stated in the 2014 (in Southern New Hampshire and Maine) did not amount to any revenue.  As stated in the 2014 annual report, if The Adelaide Group did not bring in additional revenue in 2015, the company would cease operations and legally dissolve.  No additional opportunities have presented themselves during the first half of 2015.  Pursuant to the 2014 statement, a Decision has been reached to legally dissolve The Adelaide Group.  The Adelaide Group will cease operating on June 30, 2015. This annual report constitutes the documentation of the decision to begin the dissolution process and will be the last Annual report for the LLC.  As there are no outstanding debts, the dissolution process will begin as soon as the 2015 taxes are paid, and a letter of good standing received.  Adamson E. Streit, PMP Principal
