THEY LEARN NOT ONLY HOW TO TAKE CONTROL OF THEIR OWN FINANCES, BUT THEY LEARN HOW TO WORK TOGETHER AND RESPECT EACH OTHER AS A TEAM. TO ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS, THE YOUTH COLLABORATIVE GIVES AS MUCH IMPORTANCE TO DEVELOPING CHARACTER AS TO DEVELOPING GOOD WORK ETHICS. THE YOUTH WILL NOT ONLY BE GIVEN THE FREEDOM TO SPEAK THEIR MINDS, BUT THE ASSURANCE THAT THEY WILL BE HEARD.
