VALUE STATEMENT: THE PCWC  STAFF AND SUPPORTERS BELIEVES THAT EVERY YOUNG PERSON DESERVES THE OPPORTUNITY TO DISCOVER THEIR STRENGTHS, DEVELOP THEIR SELF-ESTEEM, AND CREATE THEIR OWN FUTURES. WRESTLING FOR PCWC PROVIDES A WAY FOR THE YOUTH TO DO JUST THAT! THROUGH POSITIVE MENTORS AND EXPERT COACHING, THE YOUTH NOT ONLY DEVELOP STRONG WRESTLING SKILLS, BUT ALSO A NETWORK OF SUPPORTIVE ADULTS AND PEERS HOLDING THEM ACCOUNTABLE AND ENCOURAGING THEM TO BE THEIR BEST SELVES. THROUGH PEER-TO-PEER COACHING AND MENTORS, THE YOUTH PAY IT FORWARD TO FUTURE GENERATIONS WHILE CULTIVATING TEACHING AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS THAT WILL OPEN MANY DOORS BEYOND THE WRESTLING GYM.
