Purpose:

WE EMPOWER THOSE IN THE LGBTQ RECOVERY COMMUNITY TO IMPROVE THEIR LIVES. WE ACCOMPLISH THIS WITH EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS DELIVERED THROUGH LIVE EVENTS, SEMINARS SUCH AS THERAPEUTIC ART FOR HEALING, HAPPINESS & STRESS REDUCTION, DIGITAL MEDIA AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, OUTREACH TO THE YOUTH OF THE COMMUNITY. OUR GOAL IS TO REDUCE ADDICTIONS OF ALL MANIFESTATIONS SUCH AS ALCOHOL, DRUGS, AND SEX. WE WILL PROMOTE MENTAL WELLNESS AND ASSIST WITH AVAILABLE RESOURCES TO REDUCE SUICIDES AND UNTREATED MENTAL ILLNESS. AN IMPORTANT PART OF THIS EDUCATION WILL BE PROVIDING MENTORS THAT ARE ESTABLISHED IN RECOVERY AS EXAMPLES THAT RECOVERY IS POSSIBLE, LIFE CAN BE HAPPY, JOYOUS & FREE.
