We have changed our default search to an Article 9 search. An Article 9 search is done in accordance with our Administrative Rules. If you are unsure of your debtor's correct legal name, you may be best served to run a 'begins with' search first to identify your debtor.

The UCC Section has added a new search function, for informational purposes. The informational Exact Match Search allows searchers to search an organizational name exactly, including its corporate ending. Noise words (such as 'Corporation', 'Corp.', 'Limited Liability Company', or 'LLC') are not ignored by the Exact Match search logic.
