UCC Online Filings

Overview:

This screen allows you to select the type of UCC online filing you want to file.

Preparing to file a UCC-1:

If you are filing a UCC-1, you may specify the number of debtors, secured parties and assignees that you would like to include on your financing statement. The default is one debtor, one secured party and no assignees. If you do not select a specific number of debtors, secured parties or assignees, the default will be displayed. When the number of parties is correct, click the "File a UCC-1" button. The system will display the UCC-1 form. You may also change the number of debtors, secured parties and assignees while you are completing the form.

Preparing to file a UCC-3:

If you are filing a UCC-3, you must include a valid UCC-1 Filing Number. Type the number in the appropriate box.If you do not know the correct UCC-1 number, click the SEARCH link to access the public search function.

You will also need to include type of UCC-3 that you are going to file. Click the down arrow on the right side of the box, select the correct filing type, and click the left mouse button.

When you have specified the valid UCC-1 filing number and the type of UCC-3 that you wish to file, click the "File a UCC-3/5" button. The system will display the UCC-3 form with the information from the UCC-1 already filled-in.

Preparing to file a UCC-11:

If you are filing a UCC-11, you need to click on the "File a UCC-11" button. The system will display the UCC-11 form.
